Change in Board responsibilities

As was announced in our Report and Accounts published in July 2016, Andrew Allner, having served for nine years, will be standing down from his roles as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 October 2016. He will also be standing down as a member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Audit committees.

Bill Spencer, appointed to the Board in June 2016, will become Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk committees as well as being a member of the Nomination and Remuneration committees.
