Directorate Change

Northgate plc ('Northgate'), the UK and Spain's leading specialist in light commercial vehicle hire, today announces that Chris Muir, Group Finance Director, will leave the Company with effect from 31 March 2016. Chris has been with Northgate for over 12 years, originally joining in 2003 then becoming Group Financial Controller in 2004, UK Finance Director in 2006 and being appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director in May 2011. The Board and Chris agree this development is in their mutual interests.

The search for his successor is progressing well and we will make a further announcement in due course.
