Northgate plc, the UK and Spain's leading specialist in light commercial vehicle hire, announces that Tom Brown, a non-executive director of the Company and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, will be retiring from the Board after nine years in office at the Company's AGM in September 2014.

Jill Caseberry, a non-executive director of the Company, will be taking over as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee following the AGM.

The Board will be recruiting for a replacement for Tom Brown and will update in due course.
