UNAUDITED OPERATING FIGURES FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2017

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Redco Properties Group Limited (the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that the Company, its subsidiaries (the “ Group ”) and joint ventures achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB1,852.1 million with the contracted gross floor area of approximately 186,000 square meters for the three months ended 31 March 2017.

The preliminary figures disclosed above are unaudited and are based on preliminary internal information of the Group and are subject to change and may differ from those in the audited or unaudited financial statements of the Group to be published by the Company on yearly and half-yearly basis. They shall not be taken as a measure or indication of the Group’s current or future operating or financial performance.
