(1) CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAME AND

(2) CHANGE OF COMPANY LOGO

(1) CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAME

With effect from 30 January 2018, the English stock short name of Redco Properties Group Limited (the “ Company ”) will be changed from “ REDCO PPT ” to “ REDCO GROUP ” and the Chinese stock short name of the Company will be changed from “ 力高地產 ” to “ 力高集團” for trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Except for the change of stock short name, the name of the Company and the stock code of the Company remain unchanged.

(2) CHANGE OF COMPANY LOGO

With effect from 30 January 2018, the Company’s logo will be changed to the following logo:

The new logo will be printed on the relevant corporate documents of the Company, including but not limited to the Company’s promotional materials, interim and annual reports, announcements and circulars. All share certificates of the Company in issue bearing the old logo will continue to be effective and as documents of title to the shares of the Company and will continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. Accordingly, there will not be any arrangement for free exchange of existing share certificates of the Company for new share certificates bearing the Company’s new logo.

With effect from 30 January 2018, share certificates of the Company will bear the new logo of the Company.
