Delay of Full Year Results
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, today announces a revised date for the publication of its final results.
The Company's auditor, KPMG LLP, has requested additional time to complete its procedures because of the practical challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The Company's preliminary results for the twelve months to 31 March 2021 will now be released on Thursday 15 July 2021, a short delay to the previously announced date of Thursday 24 June 2021.
The Board expects to report full year results in line with the trading update provided on 6 April 2021.
