Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Redcentric announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017 will be available on the Company's website at www.redcentricplc.com from 04 August 2017. Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders on 04 August 2017.

The AGM of the Company will be held at 11.00am on 04 September 2017 at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.
