Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Redcentric announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016 will be available on the Company's website at www.redcentricplc.com from 23 June 2016. Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders on 29 June 2016.

The AGM of the Company will be held at 10.00am on 26 July 2016 at 100 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN.
