Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN) ("Redcentric" or the "Company"), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that it has received notification that Peter Brotherton, Chief Executive Officer, transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer") 16,592, 7,335 and 16,312 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his ISA, his daughter's ISA and his partner's ISA respectively. Mr Brotherton also sold a further 1,435 Ordinary Shares (the "Sale"). Full details of the Sale and Transfer are detailed in the table below:
