Directorate change

The Company announces that Fraser Fisher, Chief Executive Officer, has given notice of his resignation to pursue other business interests. The Company is commencing the search for a successor and an update on this process will be announced when appropriate.  In order to provide an orderly handover, Mr Fisher will continue in his role until 31 December 2017.

Chris Cole, Chairman of the Company, commented:
