Board Changes

Redcentric plc (AIM:RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, today announces the following Board changes.

As part of the evolution of the Company, Ian Smith has decided to step down from his position as Non-Executive Director of Redcentric, effective immediately. Ian is stepping down to concentrate on other MXC Capital backed investments, principally his role as Chief Executive of Castleton Technology plc.

Stephen Puckett, aged 53, joins the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. Stephen was Group Finance Director at Michael Page International plc and a number of its subsidiaries from 2001 to 2012. Stephen will become Chairman of the Audit Committee and will be a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees. Stephen is also a Non-Executive Director of ITE Group plc, and Hydrogen Group plc, where he chairs the Audit Committee, and is a director of the Kingston Carers Network.

Furthermore, Tim Coleman takes over from Paul Myhill as Company Secretary. Paul has served the Board well in the period since the demerger from Redstone, and will now be concentrating exclusively on his other responsibilities.

Following these changes, the Board comprises an Independent Non-Executive Chairman, with a further two Independent Non-Executive Directors along with three Executive Directors. David Payne remains the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Schedule 2(g) Disclosure

The following further information in relation to the appointment of Stephen Ronald Puckett, aged 53, is disclosed in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Stephen was a director of Shelland Hopkins Advertising Limited, a subsidiary of Wace Print Group Limited of which he was Finance Director, which completed a creditors' voluntary liquidation in 1991 during his tenure as director. There are no further matters to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
