Board Changes

Appointment of Finance Director

Redcentric plc (AIM:RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, today announces that it has appointed Tim Coleman as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") with immediate effect. Tim is an experienced finance director of quoted companies in the technology sector having previously been CFO of Trafficmaster plc and UK finance director of Northgate Information Solutions plc.

Peter Hallett, the resigning CFO, will step down from the Board on 31 January 2014.

Richard Ramsay, Chairman of Redcentric commented:

"I am pleased to welcome Tim to the Company at an exciting phase of its development. Tim's experience and skills in guiding growth technology businesses will help to ensure that the good early momentum of integrating Redcentric and InTechnology will be continued.

I would also like to thank Peter Hallett for his contribution to the Company over the past four years, having been instrumental in helping to steward a period of significant corporate activity. He leaves having been involved in the successful restructuring of the group and we wish him well for the future."

Timothy James Coleman (aged 49) is a chartered accountant having trained at Price Waterhouse. Tim currently holds, and has during the last five years immediately preceding the date of this announcement held, the following directorships or partnerships:
