COMPLETION OF SHARE CONSOLIDATION

The Board of GRP Corporation Limited (ASX: GRP ) (“ GRP ” or the “ Company ” ) is pleased to advise that, as approved by shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting on 22 October 2014, the Company’s shares have been consolidated on a one (1) for five (5) basis. Holding Statements confirming post consolidation holdings have dispatched to the Company’s security holders.

As a result of the consolidation, the Company now has 3,752,207 fully paid ordinary shares on issue.
