EXTENSION OF OFFER PERIOD

Transcendence Technologies Limited (formerly GRP Corporation Limited) ( TTL or the Company ) advises that the Closing Date for the Public Offer as per the Supplementary Prospectus dated 11 March 2016, will be extended to 5:00pm (AEDT) on 1 June 2016.
