Transcendence Technologies Limited (formerly GRP Corporation Limited) ( “the Company” ) refers to the Supplementary Prospectus dated 11 March 2016 and Prospectus dated 11 December 2015. Following close of the period for existing applicants to withdraw application monies at 5:00pm (WST) on 11 April 2016, the Company received and processed refunds totaling $2,365,750.
