Transcendence Technologies Limited ( TTL or the Company ) is pleased to advise that the Public Offer as per the Supplementary Prospectus dated 11 March 2016 has closed, having reached the minimum subscription of $3.6m.

The Company will continue to work with the ASX to satisfy the requirements for the Company to be re-listed by 10 June 2016.
