The Board of GRP Corporation Limited (ASX: GRP ) (‘GRP Corporation’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to advise that it has appointed DJ Carmichael Pty Limited (‘DJ Carmichael’) as Lead Manager and Corporate Advisor to the transaction and capital raising associated with the acquisition of Helpa Inc (‘Helpa’) and its established global social media business Spring.me, as announced on the 29[th] April 2014.
GRP and Spring.me believe that DJ Carmichael brings a mix of experience in the Australian capital markets, small and mid-cap technology sector, equity offers and the ability to manage the capital market transaction. Helpa Inc. Chairman Colin Fabig stated “We are very pleased with the appointment of DJ Carmichael as Lead Manager as they understand our business model and growth potential.”
