Board Changes

Transcendence Technologies Limited (ASX: TTL) ( the Company ) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Mauro Piccini as a Non-executive Director effective immediately.

Mauro Piccini is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA). Mauro spent 7 years at the ASX and possesses core competencies in publicly listed and unlisted company secretarial, administration and governance disciplines. Mauro specialises in corporate advisory matters, company secretarial and financial management services for ASX listed companies, capital raisings and IPOs, due diligence reviews and ASX and ASIC compliance. Mauro regularly advises ASX listed companies on a range of corporate matters and has acted as the Company Secretary of a number of ASX listed and unlisted companies. Mauro also currently serves on the Board of The Pioneer Development Fund (Aust) Limited.

In addition, Mr Pete Wall has tendered his resignation as Non-executive Chairman of the Company. Mr Jeremy King will assume the role of Non-executive Chairman.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Wall for his service and contribution to the Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
