Board Changes

Redcastle Resources Limited (formerly ‘Transcendence Technologies Limited’) (ACN 096 781 716) ( Company ) advises that effective 13 December 2021, Mr Mauro Piccini has tendered his resignation as non-executive director from the Board.

In addition, Mr Trevor Dixon has been formally appointed as Managing Director.

The Board would like to thank Mauro for his contribution to the Company during his tenure.
