COMPANY UPDATE
Transcendence Technologies Limited (formerly GRP Corporation Limited) ( TTL or the Company ) advises that today it has lodged a second supplementary prospectus. In addition the Company wishes to advise the following:
Mr Mark Rowbottam has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company. Mr Rowbottam’s resignation is effective upon TTL being reinstated to trading on ASX.
Messrs Edwin Bulseco and Jeremy King have been appointed to the Board of the Company. Their appointment is effective upon completion of the offer under the Company’s prospectus dated 11 December 2015 and TTL being reinstated to trading on ASX.
Mr Bulseco’s and Mr King’s director profiles are contained in the second supplementary prospectus lodged today.
In addition, Mr Peter Wall has been appointed Non Executive Chairman and Mr Zane Lewis has resigned as Company Secretary. Ms Sarah Smith, an experienced ASX listed company secretary, has been appointed as Company Secretary.
