BOARD CHANGES AND REINSTATEMENT TO TRADING
Transcendence Technologies Limited (formerly GRP Corporation Limited) ( TTL or the Company ) advises that as per the Supplementary Prospectus released 16 March 2016, Mr Mark Rowbottam has formally tendered his resignation as a director of the Company effective immediately. In addition, Mr Jeremy King and Mr Edwin Bulseco have been appointed as Non-Executive directors of the Company.
The above changes follow confirmation from ASX that the securities of the Company will be reinstated to official quotation on Friday, 10[th] June 2016.
