RESIGNATION OF COMPANY DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The Board of GRP Corporation Limited announces the following changes:
Director Resignation
Mr Michael Thorley has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company as part of the Company’s transaction with Help Inc. The Company looks forward to announcing his replacement shortly, and would like to thank Mr Thorley for his contribution.
Joint Company Secretary Appointment
Mr Zane Lewis has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary of the Company effective immediately. Mr Lewis is a long term director and prior Company Secretary so is well placed to assist the Company through the completion of the transaction with Helpa Inc as announced on 29 April 2014.
Change of Address
The Company wishes to advise that effective immediately the Registered Office and the Principal Place of Business addresses will change to:
