RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of GRP Corporation Limited announces the resignation of Mr Roland Berzins as joint company secretary. Mr Zane Lewis will continue as Company Secretary of the Company.

Mr Lewis is a long term director and existing Company Secretary so is well placed to assist the Company through the completion of the transaction with Helpa Inc as announced on 29 April 2014.
