RESIGNATION OF COMPANY DIRECTOR

The Board of GRP Corporation Limited announces that Mr Grant Gibson has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company as part of the Company’s preparation for completion of the Acquisition of Help Inc and its transition to a technology company. The Company announced the transaction with Helpa Inc. on 29[th] April 2014 to acquire the company and its social network business Spring.me.

The Company would like to thank Mr Gibson for his contribution during this period of transition.
