Appointment and Resignation of Company Directors
The Board of GRP Corporation Limited announces the following changes.
Director Appointment
Mr Stephen Quantrill has been appointed Managing Director effective immediately.
It is with great pleasure that the Company makes this appointment; Mr Quantrill will bring excellent business skills to the current Board structure as he has has a high level of commercial and managerial expertise across multiple geographical locations including Australia, South Africa, and Europe.
He is currently the Managing Director at Cady Energy and has over 10 year’s experience as a company director and more than 15 year’s experience as a business leader in financial and engineering services.
He is a professional engineer and attained his university degrees with first class honours.
Director Resignation
It is with regret that the Company announces the resignation of Mr Steve Nicols as Non-Executive Director effective immediately.
Mr Nicols was appointed in November 2010. Mr Nicols has been a significant contributor with his advice, time and energy on Company strategy and growth.
The Board expresses its appreciation to Mr Nicols for his contribution to the Company.
