Red Sky Energy Limited (ASX: ROG) (the Company ), advises that it currently intends to hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 10 June 2021, at 11.00am (Melbourne time). Accordingly, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations is Monday, 26 April 2021, at 5.00pm (Melbourne time).
