Investment in Jupiter Mines Shares

Red Rock Resources plc, the mining and exploration company with an iron ore project in Greenland, a producing gold mine in Colombia, and advanced gold and copper exploration in Kenya, announces amendments to its holding in Jupiter Mines Ltd  ("Jupiter") announced on 3rd December 2013.

Delivery was received from the vendor of 7,650,000 Jupiter shares (rather than 8,000,000 Jupiter shares) at a price of AUD 0.056 per Jupiter share and a total cost of AUD 428,400 (£232,978 approximately).

Following the settlement, the Company's holding in Jupiter is 27,324,375 Jupiter shares, representing 1.20%, currently worth AUD 2.21 million. Red Rock retains a 0.75% gross revenue royalty over Jupiter's Mt Ida project, and non-manganese mineral rights over a further Jupiter tenement.  

The delisting of Jupiter from the ASX took place as expected on 10th January 2014.
