Colombian Gold Assets - Sale Agreement

Red Rock Resources plc, the mining and exploration company with interests in gold in Africa and Colombia, and investments in other mineral assets, announces an update in relation to closing of the sale of its El Limón gold assets in Colombia. 

Further to the announcement of 14 April 2015, the closing process began yesterday with executed transfers and original certificates sent by courier to the buyer's lawyer who is holding documents in escrow. Payment will occur when all documents have been exchanged and received.
