Update on Greenland

Further to the Company's announcements on 9 September and 18 September 2013, Red Rock, the mining and exploration company with an iron ore project in Greenland, a producing gold mine in Colombia, and advanced gold and copper exploration in Kenya, announces an update on developments in relation to an offer by a third party for a controlling interest in Nama Greenland Limited, a company 60% owned by Red Rock.

Key meetings have now taken place in relation to administrative clearance and Red Rock continues to expect to be able to announce a successful transaction.  Further announcements will be made as the transaction progresses.
