Description

The securities of Red Mountain Mining Limited (‘RMX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RMX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 2 May 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT: RED MOUNTAIN MINING LIMITED

Dear Mr Dawson,

Red Mountain Mining Limited (the “Company”) (ASX: RMX) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt with respect to its securities to apply from the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 30 April 2025.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises the following:

1. The trading halt is requested for the purposes of considering, planning and executing a capital raising (the “Announcement”);

2. The Company requests that the trading halt last until the commencement of trading on Friday, 2 May 2025 or earlier Announcement by the Company; and

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
