Extension of Share Purchase Plan

Red Mountain Mining Ltd (ACN 119 568 106) (Red Mountain or Company) wishes to announce that the closing date for the Company’s Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) announced to the market on 31 October 2024 will be extended to 5:00pm WST 4 December 2024.

The Company continues to receive application enquiries from shareholders and the extension will ensure that all shareholders have time to submit their applications and are able to participate.

It is expected that the new shares under the SPP will be issued and allotted to successful applicants on 5 December 2024 and holding statements will be dispatched on or around 6 December 2024. Normal trading of shares issued under the SPP is expected to commence on 9 December 2024.
