The securities of Red Mountain Mining Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement regarding an equity raising.

REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Red Mountain Mining Limited herewith requests that its securities be suspended from trading prior to the commencement of trading today, 13 May 2013, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2. The suspension is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to a material capital raising.

The Board of Red Mountain Mining expects the voluntary suspension will be required until the commencement of trading 15 May 2013 or earlier if it is in a position to make an announcement with respect to the proposed transaction.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
