New Appointment to Board

Red Mountain Mining Limited ( RMX, the Company ) (ASX: RMX ) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Troy Flannery as Non-Executive Chairman.

Mr Flannery has more than 24 years of experience in the mining industry, including 8 years in corporate and 16 years in senior mining engineering & project development roles. He has a degree in Mining Engineering, Masters in Finance, & First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency.

Mr Flannery was the CEO of Abra Mining Pty Ltd, which is the corporate vehicle for the Galena Mining Ltd (ASX:G1A) & Toho Zinc Joint Venture. Mr Flannery has worked at numerous mining companies, mining consultancies & contractors including BHP, Newcrest, Xstrata, St Barbara Mines & AMC Consultants.

Mr Flannery is also a Non-Executive Director of Aldoro Resources Limited (ASX:ARN) and Aurum Resources Limited (ASX:AUE).

The Company wishes to advise that its Chairman, Jeremy King, has tendered his resignation as he embarks to focus on other business activities. The RMX board would like to thank Mr King for his dedicated service to the Company over the past 5 years.

Due to the resignation of Mr King, the Company withdraws resolution 2 (Re-Election of Director – Jeremy King) from its Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, 18 November 2021.
