BOARD CHANGES
On 18 December 2012, Red Mountain Mining Limited (ASX: RMX) (“Red Mountain” or “the Company”) announced that it had executed an Employment Agreement with Mr Jon Dugdale, pursuant to which Mr Dugdale assumed the full time role of Executive Director – Development and Operations. It further noted that Mr Dugdale would transition to Managing Director by 30 March 2013 after resigning as President and CEO of Mindoro, effective 21 December 2012.
The Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr Jon Dugdale as its new Managing Director, effective 1 April 2013.
Mr Dugdale is a geologist with 26 years mining, investment and corporate experience in Australia and the Asian region. Following graduation from the University of Melbourne in 1986 Mr Dugdale spent 7 years with Western Mining Corporation. Then with MPI Mines from 1993 to 2004, Mr Dugdale was involved with the exploration and development of several discoveries made by the MPI exploration team, including Silver Swan nickel deposit in Western Australia and Golden Gift gold deposit in Stawell, Victoria, Australia. Mr Dugdale then spent four years as an analyst with the Asian Lion Fund, part of Lion Selection Group, and from February 2010 was President and CEO of Mindoro Resources Limited.
The material terms of Mr Dugdale’s appointment are detailed in the ASX announcement of 18 December 2012.
The Company further advises that, from 1 May 2013, Executive Chairman, Mr Neil Warburton, will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman.
Executive Chairman, Mr Neil Warburton said, “the addition of Jon as the Company’s Managing Director brings a wealth of exploration and corporate knowledge to our Board as well as detailed understanding of the Philippines mining industry where our main assets are located. The Board looks forward to growing the Company’s gold base and taking the existing resources to development and production under Jon’s stewardship.”

Red Mountain Mining (ASX: RMX) is primarily a gold explorer and project acquisition company which listed on the ASX in September 2011.
