SUSPENSION OF TRADING OF RECYLEX SHARES ON WEDNESDAY APRIL 11, 2018

Suresnes, April 10, 2018: In order to ensure equal access for the public to information, Recylex S.A. has asked for trading of the Recylex shares (Euronext Paris FR0000120388 - RX) to be suspended on Wednesday April 11th, 2018, pending the issuance of a press release concerning the decision of the Arras Commercial Court on the action brought by the liquidators of Metaleurop Nord S.A.S. against Recylex S.A..

The terms of the relisting of the Recylex shares will be specified in the company's next press release.
