SUSPENSION OF TRADING OF RECYLEX SHARES

Suresnes, November 6, 2014: Recylex SA (NYSE Euronext Paris: FR0000120388 - RX) has asked for trading of the Recylex shares to be suspended starting on Friday 7 th, November 2014, pending the publication of a press release.

The terms of the relisting of the Recylex shares will be specified in the Company's next press release.
