Capital increase through exercise of warrants

Recticel announces that on 30 September 2020 its share capital has been increased following the exercise of 33,000 warrants of the warrant plan issued on 23 June 2015. This resulted in the issuance of 33,000 new ordinary shares, which will be admitted for trading on Euronext Brussels as of 02 October 2020.

Cancellation of VVPR strips

At the meeting of Recticel's Board of Directors of September 22, 2020, the 432,315 VVPR strips with number BE0005639134 (the "Strips"), linked to the shares issued by Recticel, were declared worthless, and it was decided to proceed with the cancellation of these Strips. The reason for this is that since the end of 2013 these Strips have become without any value or object and are therefore no longer tradable. Pursuant to the aforementioned decision of the Board of Directors of Recticel, Euroclear was instructed to take the necessary actions to write off the Strips and remove them from the market.
