Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Recticel

At the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Recticel, which took place this morning, all proposed resolutions on the agenda were approved (for more details, see on http://www.recticel.com/index.php/company/corporate-governance/general-meetings).

Recticel will hence distribute a gross dividend of EUR 0.28 per share, which will be paid on 05 June 2012 (coupon nr 18).

The Meeting also approved the changes in the composition of the Board of Directors. Both Mr Louis Verbeke (representing Louis Verbeke BVBA) and Mr Luc Willame (representing Sogelam SA) were not seeking re-election and left the Board of Directors, whereas Mrs Marion Debruyne, Mrs Ingrid Merckx and Mr Patrick Van Craen were appointed to the Board of Directors.
