Recticel (Euronext: REC) has received a transparency notification dated 12 January 2022, which shows that Janus Henderson Group plc, as a result of the disposal of shares on 11 January 2022, now owns 4.94% (previously 5.04%) of the voting rights of the company. It has thus crosses downwards the 5% shareholding threshold.
