(together, the "Funds"); and
Dimensional, acting on behalf of several segregated accounts managed by itself or its subsidiary $\blacksquare$ undertakings (the "Segregated Accounts"),
wishes to inform the Company that, pursuant to a share capital increase on 28 April 2017, the Funds and the Segregated Accounts (together, the "Accounts") have crossed below the 3% threshold set out in the Articles in relation to the voting rights of the Company.
As at 9 May 2017, the Accounts held 1,628,985 voting shares in the Company representing 2.994% of the Company's voting rights (on the basis of a total number of voting rights of 54,401,092).
Please note that Dimensional also has investment management discretion over an additional 93,393 shares where the voting rights are not controlled by Dimensional or its subsidiary undertakings.
Dimensional, on behalf of itself and its subsidiary undertakings, expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held in the Accounts.
