Recreate ASA: New lease contract in Arkaden, Skien

Porsgrunn, July 3rd 2023: Recreate ASA ("Recreate" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new lease contract with Oslo Aktivitetssenter AS / FPF Skien for 2,070 sqm in Arkaden, pending final approval. The lease contract will have a duration of 10 years, starting at September 1th 2024.

Arkaden is a 22,119 sqm property in Skien, the city center’s largest meeting point with retail, offices, restaurants and healthcare services.

Oslo Aktivitetssenter AS started in 2016 with its first activity-based concept ‘Fangene på fortet’. The company has since the first center in Oslo started various experience concepts in both Stavanger and Bergen. The Arkaden establishment will contain 3 concepts: ‘Fangene på fortet’, ‘Megazone’ and ‘The Cube Escape Game’.
