R8 Property ASA - New lease contract for refurbishment project in Inkognito Park 33 in Oslo

Porsgrunn, 27 May 2021 - R8 Property ASA has today signed a lease contract with 24Sevenoffice for 1,274 sqm in Inkognitogaten 33 in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of ten years, starting in May 2022.

Inkognitogaten 33 is a 3,263 sqm refurbishment project under development near Solli Plass in Oslo. The property is expected to be finalised in Q2 2022 and is now 100% pre-let.
