R8 Property ASA - New lease contract in Fornebuveien 1-3, Lysaker

Porsgrunn, June 29th 2021 - R8 Property ASA has today signed a lease contract with a large international company for 2,393 sqm in Fornebuveien 1-3, Lysaker. The lease contract has a duration of three years, with tenant option for additional three years – starting April 2022. Further, the tenant has an option to increase letting area under pre-set conditions in the lease agreement.

The lease contract is subject to final confirmation by the lessee, with clarification expected during H2-21.

Fornebuveien 1-3 is a 6,858 sqm property near Lysaker train station in Bærum.
