Porsgrunn, August 11th 2021 - R8 Property ASA has signed a revised lease contract with Comfort Hotel Porsgrunn for 6,178 sqm in Kammerherreløkka 3, Porsgrunn. The revised lease contract adds an additional 5 years on top of the existing lease agreement set to expire in February 2034. The revised lease contract will end in February 2039.

Kammerherreløkka 3 is a 6,272 sqm property located at Porsgrunn train station. R8 Property owns 50% of Kammerherreløkka AS together with Bane NOR Eiendom 50%.
