Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 29 June 2021 regarding a new lease contract. R8 Property ASA has today received final confirmation from the lessee, Schlumberger Information Solutions AS, for the 2,393 sqm in Fornebuveien 1-3, Lysaker.

The lease contract has a duration of three years, with tenant option for additional three years – starting April 2022. Further, the tenant has an option to increase letting area under pre-set conditions in the lease agreement.

Fornebuveien 1-3 is a 6,858 sqm property near Lysaker train station in Bærum.
