Recreate ASA: Delayed completion of transaction - Inkognitogaten 33

Porsgrunn, 01 July 2022: Recreate ASA and existing shareholders in Inkognitogaten 33 A AS have postponed the completion of the transaction in which Recreate ASA will acquire 83.45% of the shares in Inkognitogaten from 30.06.2022 to 15.07.2022.

The postponement is caused by a need for more time to formalize the secured financing of the transaction.

The notification to exercise the option to acquire 83.45% of Inkognitogaten 33 A AS was announced in a stock exchange announcement issued on 27 May 2021.
