Porsgrunn, 15 July 2022: Recreate ASA has today completed the transaction to acquire 83.45% of the shares in Inkognitogaten 33 A AS.

Completion was postponed from 30.06.2022 to 15.07.2022 announced in a stock exchange announcement issued on 01 July 2022.
