Brødrene Jensen AS, a close associate of Leif Oddvin Jensen, member of the board and primary insider of R8 Property ASA, has today purchased 9,617 shares at NOK 30.9509 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Following the transaction, Brødrene Jensen AS will own 2,947,095 shares in R8 Property ASA.
