R8 Property ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Porsgrunn, Norway, 23 May 2022.

Kornveien 5 AS, close associate of Eirik Engaas, CFO and primary insider of R8 Property ASA, has today transferred 50,000 shares to Skarven Industrier AS, another close associate of Eirik Engaas, CFO and primary insider of R8 Property ASA.

Following the transactions, Skarven Industrier AS will own 100,000 shares in R8 Property ASA, while Kornveien 5 AS will not own any shares in R8 Property ASA. The number of shares controlled by close associates of Eirik Engaas is unchanged at 100,000 shares after the transactions.
