R8 Property ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Porsgrunn, Norway, 7 September 2021.

R8 Group AS, a close associate of Emil Eriksrød, CEO and primary insider of R8 Property ASA, has today purchased 10,746 shares at NOK 32.95 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Following the transaction, R8 Group AS will own 9,747,500 shares in R8 Property ASA. Emil Eriksrød does not hold any shares personally or through any other close associates.
